The AIM Project is a transformative direct intervention initiative aimed at empowering adolescent girls and women in rural Maharashtra, India.

Developed in partnership with Malaga, Spain, the project addresses critical issues such as human rights, menstrual health, sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence, and financial literacy.

Through a carefully crafted curriculum and targeted awareness programs, the AIM Project reaches 1,500-2,000 adolescent girls and women annually, offering them the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to thrive. This initiative highlights the power of education, community engagement, and global partnerships in creating sustainable change.
